Since 2004, Yelena's vision and leadership has resulted in a dominant market share of the categories Ecentria serves, translating into customer acquisition at rates unheard of in the ecommerce space. In addition to building Ecentria's marketing operations from scratch, she also leads up all content creation efforts, transforming what has been a competitive advantage since the start to what is now a massive barrier to entry for any competition. Yelena's creativity and affinity towards developing programs lives outside of the office, as she served on the board of a local charity benefiting underprivileged children where she helps with the organization's fundraising initiatives.
